Money Back Guarantee
As a new Subscriber or new Beginner Course Customer your first class comes with a 100% money back guarantee. We think you will love it but if you don’t, just let us know within 48 hours of your first booked class and we’ll give you 100% of your money back (including any booking fee). No questions asked!
Qualifying customers can claim the money back guarantee only once over any 2 year period. The money back guarantee applies only to customers who have attended their first class and not to those who decide not to attend.
For Beginner Course Customers, the guarantee is valid for the first week of the month's course. For Subscribers the guarantee is valid for your first class attended within 2 weeks of your booking date.

Beginner Course Subscription Customers booking in advance for their course will be refunded a proportionate amount for any weeks before the course start date. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear.
Our beginner course includes a booking fee of £10 per person. You can receive a refund for the remaining cost providing you contact us to cancel 24 hours before the start of the course you are booked for.
The Beginner Course is non refundable after the course start date unless claiming under our money back guarantee (see above)
It may be possible to transfer your booking to an alternative month subject to availability. Please contact us before the class date if you would like your tickets to be transferred to an alternative date. Transferred beginner course bookings do not qualify for a refund and qualify for a transfer on a maximum of 2 occasions.
Class Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
Our Class Subscriptions cost £30 per month and each monthly payment covers all weekly classes for the month ahead. For example, if you subscribe on the 10th of the month, your £30 payment pays for all weekly classes up until (and including) the 9th of the following month. Whilst active, your subscription covers you for all weekly classes whether there are 4 or 5 weeks in that month.
Subscriptions are set up on a recurring payment basis. This secures your place at class indefinitely and you do not need to rebook each month. Once you subscribe, we will place a new order on the same day every month (the date you subscribed). You will be automatically charged the same amount for each order. You can easily manage your subscription or cancel it anytime (see below).
You can subscribe in advance of your intended start date so if you are not ready to start for a few weeks, just let us know at the time of booking by emailing email@example.com (or by selecting the appropriate month if booking the Beginner Course) and we will refund you up until your start date. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear.
All subscriptions are active immediately from the date of subscribing. You do not have to wait until the start of the month to start classes unless you have specified a start date at the time of booking.
New Subscription Customers & Beginner Course Subscription Customers qualify for two free party tickets. The tickets can be claimed by by emailing us in advance of the party at firstname.lastname@example.org to book your places. The tickets are valid for the party held within the month the customer subscribed (or the month when a new subscriber started classes if the start date was different at time of booking). One ticket is to be used by the enrolled subscriber and is non-transferable and the other can be used by a friend or family member who has not attended a Secret Salsa Class or Event in the last 2 years. Customers can only claim a free new subscriber party ticket once in any 2 year period.

Subscriber benefits are non-transferable, apply whilst you remain subscribed and apply only if you subscribe for a minimum of 1 month.
Class Subscriptions are non refundable.
If you are a Subscriber, it is easy to cancel your subscription yourself at any time using the 'Manage Subscription' link sent to you when booking. Alternatively you can email email@example.com and we will cancel your subscription within 2 working days.
Cancelling will prevent your next payment from being taken. Your previous subscription payment is non refundable but remains active and you can still attend class until your payment expires. For example, if your monthly payment comes out on the 10th of the month and you cancel your subscription with us on 1st of the month, you can attend your weekly class up until and including the 9th of that month.
Class Subscribers can contact us for a refund of up to 4 weeks of planned absences from classes each year. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the relevant dates at least 24 hours in advance of the classes you will be absent from in order to qualify. Requests made after the class date will not be refunded.
Should we ever take the decision to cancel classes Subscribers will receive a refund to take into account any cancelled classes.
We have a planned shut down once a year for 2 weeks at the end of December (dates vary year to year but will be communicated to current subscribers) Current subscribers are refunded in December/January for a proportionate amount to take into account this closure. You DO NOT need to cancel your subscription at this time.
Pay As You Go Class Tickets
For customers paying for one off class tickets, your booking is valid for 90 days from the date of booking.
Pay As You Go Class tickets are non refundable.
Should we ever take the decision to cancel classes, we will extend your booking so you can attend another time but, if this is not possible, we will refund you for any classes cancelled by us.
You can email us at email@example.com for a full refund as long as you contact us 24 hours before the party start time. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded.
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund as long as you contact us 5 working days before the workshop. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Class vouchers can be used for any 4 weeks of classes at your chosen venue.
Vouchers will be sent electronically by email or by post (if requested) within 2 working days.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy that affect you, we will notify you if you are a current subscriber/customer.
