Bored with your evenings?

Looking for a bit more fun and excitement?

Do you love to dance?

Our salsa dance classes could be just what you're looking for. Come and join us and learn this fun, fiery, energetic dance and help inject some happiness, energy and passion into your life! Every week, we open our doors to people just like you, who are looking for a relaxing, but fun filled night out, at an affordable price - just £6 per week.

Our weekly classes offer a place to go, where you can have some fun after a hard day at work. A place with a warm, friendly, welcoming atmosphere...where you can relax and meet new people. Often, in the world today, those around us can be rushed, unfriendly, even angry and uptight. That's why it's so nice to spend time where people are happy, smiley and friendly. Where the ambience is chilled and relaxed and you can make new friends with just a little effort.

Never danced before? Don't worry!

We show you every single step and take the class at a pace that everyone can keep up with. A recent survey revealed that 41% of males were reluctant to take up dance because they think that they've got two left feet. Absolutely don't let this put you off! It takes some people a little longer to pick up the steps, but with just a little bit of determination you CAN do it and it's SO worthwhile when you succeed.

The same survey revealed that 1 in 5 men were reluctant to dance for fear of ridicule from their friends. If you're worried about your friends, you can tell them that Bruce Lee studied dance as hard as he studied martial arts. In fact at the age of 18 he won the Hong Kong cha cha championship. I bet they wouldn't be so quick to ridicule him! Also, remind them about number 6 below (o:

6 SECRETS about salsa dancing.

1. Calorie blasting - Dance is a GREAT form of exercise and not at all boring like running on a treadmill! It's estimated that dance burns between 5 and 10 calories per minute, depending on speed/intensity etc. Thats a whopping 300 - 600 calories per hour. Imagine what will happen when you start dancing all night. If you've put on a few extra pounds over christmas, dancing is a fantastic way to shed them again. An hour dancing zooms by so fast, that you'll be left wanting more.

2. Forever young - Dancing is fantastic at keeping us young. Not only does it benefit our hearts and cardiovascular system, it also increases lung capacity. It's physically demanding, but also great fun and keeps us smiling and happy. It retards the ageing process by keeping us mentally, emotionally and physically healthy.

3. Strong healthy bones and well lubricated joints - Dancing strengthens not just our muscles, but our bones too. It can also aid in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis (loss of bone mass). It also keeps our joints lubricated aiding in the prevention of arthritis.

4. Flexibility, agility and co-ordination - Most people become less flexible, less agile and less co-ordinated as they grow older. Not only can dance drastically slow this process down, it can actually reverse it. You will find over time, that repeatedly performing certain dance movements has the effect of making you much more flexible and agile and makes you become a lot more co-ordinated and all the time you'll be having tons of fun and making new friends.

5. More confidence and self-esteem - When you regularly attend a dance class, you meet a lot of people and have to get quite close, quite fast! Although this can feel a little intimidating at first, you'll soon become comfortable with it and find your confidence levels rising and your self-esteem growing. You'll also find that you're making a whole new circle of friends which will also help. The more classes and partys you attend, the faster the whole process will happen!

6. More attractive - In a recent poll, 39% of people said that they thought that being a good dancer makes you more attractive to the opposite sex.
